2 AM -> 6 AM Useage

Quick Q on this one, has this been removed as I can no longer find any reference to it under usage in my CP?

There are just 2 columns now - peak & off peak?

It is listed in the 'details' link.

Nope, not for me it's not anymore.

Shows up for last month when I click on details but nothing for current month Feb 1st onwards. I've d/l a few GB of stuff at that time period too.

Also ....

The statement at the bottom of the page saying the following is now missing this month as well:-

*Night time usage: We currently have a special bonus aimed at people doing backups and file transfers over night. Instead of the normal 100GB/unit off peak tariff, between 2am and 6am usage is metered at 1.00TB/unit.

Please note that in order to reduce confusion with our new unit based tariffs we have remove the night-time usage from the tariff pages and calculator.

However, do not worry. As you will see from the foot note on the tariff pages we have not actually removed the tariff. Just played it down on the web pages.

We may review the way we offer this night time usage in the future.

But not showing up in this month's usage details, anybody else have this problem or have A&A cut it without telling us .... which I cannot see at all knowing how open they are???

Did not realise that it also applied to the figures we get in our CP too, explains that then. As you say, I think we all know we can trust RevK.

When I look at network usage, it says

Now perhaps it's me, but it says that instead of 100GB/unit, it will be 100GB/unit! Isn't that saying that there is no benefit of downloading between 2am and 6am? Is it just a typo or have things changed?

Hi RevK, thanks for your reassurance, but it still shows up wrongly.....

I log into my account and click on 'View' usage

This opens up a new window, and I scroll down to 'Billing' and click 'Details'

At the bottom of this page, it states '*Night time usage:' - this is where the wrong information seems to be.

I've done a screenshot so that you can see for yourself here

I think I see - is that right now?
