It talks about Be customers & peeps placing orders not ones enquiring about products.

So it's not the line checker that is doing this, but AA actually placing an order with BE.

Are the calls trying to sell O2 Broadband or BE Broadband or both?

My understanding is that the callers are trying to sell O2 Broadband. Is that correct?
