Home::1 Package - Email

[link to this post]

Does AAISP's Home::1 package come with inclusive e-mail or will I need to register a domain through them? I am none the wiser after reading the e-mail section of their website. If it is included, what form does a user e-mail address take? Thanks.

I dont know the answer to your question, but it's always wise to keep your e-mail address independent from your isp. Makes it less hassle to switch isp later on.

Get a gmail account. You can always use it with a domain name if you wish. Costs nothing.

No it doesn't.
Check the restrictions section on the Home::1 page.
Looks like an extra £3.60 a month if you want to register a domain and host email with them.

Personally I would do as the previous poster suggested and go external for email with a company dedicated to providing that type of service.

I'm using Tsohost at the moment as an example.

I see lexden16.co.uk is free at the moment smile

Thanks. I am now looking at a separate e-mail address.
