BQM Maximum latency spikes

It appears BT FTTC customers have a frequent spike as shown in the BQM. I was wondering if the same spike is visible in A&A customers using TT backhaul.

I'm not seeing regular spikes like yours.

But certainly not as 'clean' as my line was with Zen

Happening on mine, on BTW.

It's quite common, on ADSLx as well. I often had spells of it on Plusnet and IDNet. Lots of people have reported it on several ISPs, but as far as I know it has never caused any real life problems to anyone.

Although on first inspection, it looks like Zen is the better connection… I’d however say that AAISP is the better connection, as it has less packet loss. Even a small amount of packet loss can impact throughput…

My Zen connection on BTW back haul has the regular latency spikes.
