okay - makes sense I guess. Might be worth re looking back at BT then. I would like a BT based alternative again. Even though Infinity was pants CS wise, I never had a problem with the connection, and after my dire experience with Sky/NowTV really need something I know i can rely on.

But I will ask AA anyway - just to be sure, don't want to not use them if they can do BT based - Cheers for the info Bob smile

It's worth asking. IIRC A&A use both BT and TT backhaul so if you specify backhaul provider on IRC / over the phone with sales they'll let you know the options available.

Yep, I did need a VAT invoice, but didn't want to pay £5 a month extra for one.
