Newbie here fed-up of pulling my hair out with AOL's fairly incompetent overseas call centre staff. I've had an AOL Broadband account for some years and apart from a few quibbles about download limits, had no real problems.
At the end of February I switched to their combined phone/internet package and since then have experienced constant connection drops on a daily basis. The router still reports everything as being fine but there's no connection to the internet what-so-ever until I restart the router.
I'm currently using a Netgear Dual Band N router but have tried it with a Belkin Play to no avail. I've got TeamViewer installed both at home and work and the amount of time my home pc shows up as being disconnected is simply ridiculous.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
