My line used to be better

Hi Guys

Not sure what happened to my line but I used to be able to get 10mb and now im down to 6 or 7 mb.

Your SNR margin could be reduced which would increase your speed. Why is it 12.5 dB?

Go to the control panel on Bethere and set your modem option to speed... or raise a ticket.

it's back to 9-10mb down

If your connection get unstable, you may consider raising it to standard which should be around 6dB. If you want to go faster, try gaming mode.

If you reconnect during daylight you will possibly get another meg or so.

Out of interest, which router do you have?
