Recommended LLU Alternatives

Plusnet, Adsl24 and Xilonet all sound promising - any advice, shared experience and input would be much appreciated ( unfortunately I live in kensington and Chelsea in London where fibre is no-go due to BT and Council falling out and Virgin Cable has an appalling reputation).

Plusnet doesn't provide llu BTwholesale only Xilo and adsl24 , & vivaciti ,aquiss and some others offer llu including O2wholesale for a similar price and unlimited

Do you want a deal where broadband and line rental are included in the same package? If not I would certainly recommend a xilo/uno "Pro" partial LLU account - if available - and have the line rental with, for example, BT.

Plusnet Unlimited 21CN WBC, broadband only - if available - also has a good reputation...

I have a colleague who is using Vivaciti on a TalkTalk wholesale LLU line and he is very impressed. (Its not TalkTalk internet, just their LLU part).

When you say Plusnet doesn't provide BTwholesale LLU, What does it provide? Forgot my lack of knowledge here, But is that not a good thing?
I was a UKO customer who went to BE and am now in the same boat as many again so very interested in this thread and finding the next best provider. A friend also suggested PlusNet and at present they are looking like the ones to go for for me.

Xilonet is sounding interesting.

What about Adsl24? I see they offer two LLU packages: one on a C&W network. Not clear as what the difference is.

Best if your check with the guys at xilo/uno - but I can certainly vouch for the "Pro" partial LLU (SMPF) products using the TTB (CPW) kit - my downstream SNRM was 6dB from the word go and the connection is rock solid

Don't want to be a rat leaving a sinking ship - but.....The thought of ending up with Sky fills me with dread.

You can remain on BE/O2 wholesale network via Goscomb. Granted, its more expensive (especially on the unmetered package) but you are pretty much guaranteed a top class connection on a par with BE, if not better.
