Your router isn't responding to ping.

Your IP address has changed, move the monitor to the new one.

You haven't been upgraded, that's not happening until summer.

either ur ip address has changed or its not repsonding to the wan ping. u can try creating a new graph or the other way i found to get it working again if u have the same ip is just to restore the superhub to factory settings.

a lil tip for u aswell... turn off router firewall and ip flood detection to increase performance.

VM seem or who ever made the firmware put it in an odd place

you need to go to the DMZ page (its at the bottom of the list on the right somewhere) just tick or un-tick the [respond to Ping] box and press submit (do not mess with the DMZ number IP Leave it at 0 unless you want to open your pc up to attacks)

untick all the firewall options as it can make the router degrade or crash under heavy load if they are enabled, (you can leave IPsec stuff ticked)

DMZ port forwards every port to the IP you put in, so its an security risk if you set it to an computer (think the default is 0 or empty) why its best not to be messed with it unless you have an good reason to use it

once you have ticked the respond to ping you should be able to see ping's on the Quality Monitor within 1-2 minuets
