my TBB graph has the wrong readings

[link to this post]

I recently got a new Super Hub, connected it up, phoned the free phone number to register the Super Hub, all the necessary light came out etc.

However when I went to check my graph it states that my Super Hub is OFF when it actually isn't

I checked the ping section on my SH and notice the " Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP" has the box ticked.

that's correct isn't it? If not what else can the problem be?

Has your IP address changed ? That's the usual one with a SH.

You only get the old IP address if you put it in Modem Only mode, with your old router (if you had one) in service.

Otherwise you may have to create a new monitor and drop the old one.

I think it was the IP address.

I created a new graph and disabled the old one and hey presto.
