ping not registered in monitor

virgins so called superhub, when i was in router mode IP address was monitored spot on, now i'm in modem only mode new IP not been monitored, any help, cheers

The connected router will need to be set to respond to pings as the superhub is just now working as a modem

Virgin (ADSL) => Namesco => Newnet => O2 => Plusnet => Zen => Newnet => Zen => Freeola => Vivaciti (using O2 Wholesale DSL) => Xilo (C&W Wholesale)

hi bud, i think you have miss understood, i'm direct connect to modem only now, i don't have any option to block or unblock ping requests, and i'm on cable

In which case the configuration will probably be in your PC's firewall.
