How is the connection behaving if you ignore the BQM graph?

The fact it gets better at night suggests it is not the router, but maybe something in the ISP network.

Wierd. A reboot of the router and modem seems to have sorted it (for now).

Maybe just a software bug in how the router handles/prioritises ping responses
