Broadband Quality Monitor

I have just changed my Virgin package and I created a new Broadband Quality Monitor. For the first two days I have run speed tests and been pleasantly surprised - I am reaching over 60 mbps. However the Quality Monitor shows one hundred per cent RED colour and no other colour or details.
Am I missing some setup?

Did you have BQM set up for your previous Virgin package?

BQM relies on your IP address not changing. Double check using something like http://www.ipchicken.com that the IP address you have input into the BQM is the same as Virgin is providing for your connection.

Also you need to make sure your router (Virgin Superhub) is configured to respond to pings, have a look at the first post here:

The BQM relies on the IP address not changing from when it was set up, if it changes then it's fair to say you'll just see red. tongue

I am confused as to when my IP address changes. Last week it changed when I upgraded my Virgin account to a Super Hub 2 and TIVO.

My thinkbroadband speed test show my new IP address and this is the IP address I used for my new Broadband Quality Monitor.

So is it now impossible to see any stats for the new IP address?

thanks for the suggestions.

I have checked as you suggested and it made no difference.

Perhaps I will not be able to see BQM stats for anything other than the first IP address.

I changed the Ping point d my BQM now shows everything.
