Virgin Media graph - is this as bad as I think it is?

Here's a snapshot of my connection at the moment.

Quite a bit of packet loss there.

I suspect if I called an engineer out all they'd do is change the attenuator and then say something along the lines of "oh, I can't believe the previous bloke put one of these in, here's a different one."

People have been complaining of YouTube issues so it may that part of the core network links at VM are having issues, i.e. may be nothing to do with your connection

Some targeted pings to hops on your route to the Internet might help ID if its present as soon as you leave PC or only deeper into VM network
