Just wondering is it bad/good - anything I could do to improve it if it is bad?

Thanks

Its pretty but interpretation can only be done if you tell us when connection was being used or just sat idle

Thanks, it's mostly general web browsing - though as I host my own web server a bit of inbound traffic is likely.

In which case looks perfectly reasonable, unless this is a symmetric 100 Mbps line when unless server was being hammered you would not expect much change in latency.

Suggestion is you were using connection between 8:30pm and 9:45pm last night, and from around 8am today, with a lot of activity at 2:15pm onwards, enough activity that some packets are delayed long enough to marked as lost. This could be filling download side of the connection or people downloading stuff from the web server, cannot say.

Thanks again, the spikes match the times when the line was used for streaming stuff. Hopefully it show look a lot quieter once my Virgin box is installed and the kids constant streaming will be redirected away from the ADSL line.
