Issue Every Hour Repeatedly?

See attached:

My Broadband Ping

We get lots of latency issues recurring, links not working, dropbox (and other services that have a constant open network connection) dropping randomly until we restart (or change from one band to another, then fixes).

Virgin can't seem to fix it even after 6 months of various tests and engineers.

Can anyone spot what the hourly peaks might suggest please??

Try turning off the hub for 30 seconds, and see if the blips come back at the same interval.

e.g. if the blip if at 12 minutes past the hour every hour, try turning off the hub at half past the hour and back on, and see if the blip is still at 12 minutes past the hour. This should show if the issue is anything software based in the hub itself.

Also try running the connection with Wi-Fi off and nothing connected on Ethernet to rule out periodic uploads/downloads by a device.
