Virgin Media Vivid 100 BQM - please interpret!

[link to this post]

Hi everyone. Just joined the TB forum - pleased to meet you all.

I'm a Virgin Media customer with VIVID 100 Optical Fibre via Super Hub VMDG480 as modem/router. For the past few months our connection has been slow, intermittent or non-existent with my stepsons experiencing severe lag on PS4 (to the point that games become unplayable). Virgin have confirmed that there are known issues in our postal area and claim to have resolved them but the problem remains. I'd be really grateful if anyone here could shed some light on my BQM graph, created yesterday:

Thanks in advance for your support.

Cheers

Matt

first thing to give virgin a ring on 151 and ask if your power levels on the modem is ok as that graph don't look healthy compared to mine here (On 50Mb) http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share-large/dbbc1... If they say everything Ok then i personally would go to the leave team and tell them your not happy with the service your getting.

Also give the Virgin Media forums ago too http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Speed/bd-p/Speed see if anyone eles is facing the same issues.
