Virgin Hub 3.0

[link to this post]

Hi,

I see a few people use Virgin Hun 3.0 with BQM.

Are you all still disabling the firewall to do this or is there a newer firmware that fixes lack of WAN Ping option?

There doesn't seem to be a setting for allowing or disallowing WAN pings on my Hub 3.0, and my firewall setting is turned on, so it looks to me like pings are just permanently allowed in the current firmware. I only started using Virgin a few months ago, and the BQM has always just worked for me so I don't know when or how it changed.

I have the no-longer-super-Hub 3.0 in router mode, with a PFSense behind it, which Works For Me (tm)

I weep every time I look at the jitter.
