Broadband quality meter

Since the think broadband site was updated my BBQ meter does not refresh but just remains blank have been in comunication with kitz forum and according to ronski the fault is at your end

Presume you are on a dynamic IP and keep creating new versions due to the IP changing, so have you triple checked the IP address has not changed again

Do you mean the BQM or TB Meter?

They don't monitor barbecues wink.

Have tried new internet gateway deleted monitor and created new one and generated new code sill not updating any ideas

Have you reset your router to factory defaults by any chance, or as I can on my Billion accidentally restarted it from the GUI and let it revert to factory settings? Whether you have or not, have you checked it is set to respond to pings? Similarly your IS firewall.
