Error 404

Hi, my BQM pages have disappeared. I'm getting a page not found error.

"The page "/ping/monitors/history/fbb71d7e6e341a5af42f4353cfd33d32/05/04/2017" you were looking for was not found."

The monitor is still running as it won't let me set up a new one with the same IP. Can you help?

Are these old links, or ones you've arrived at via clicking around in My Profile on https://www.thinkbroadband.com

e.g. https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/... is from my profile and shows graph from 5th April 2017

That page should redirect you appropriately now.

You can get the BQM list in the My Profile page. The detailed list is also linked there and takes you here:

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

where you should see your BQMs.
