Has it worked in the past, or have you only just created it?

If it used to work, this is usually caused by your IP Address changing. If you have just set it up and it has never worked, it is usually that your router firewall is set to ignore pings. It needs to have reply to pings enabled.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. 200GB. Sync 72313/12530Kbps @ 600m. BQMs - IPv4 & IPv6

Its just set up, but had a look at my firewall, and think all the settings are OK.
Have just disabled it to see if that make a difference, however have all these ticked when its switched on:-

Port Scan Detection
IP Flood Detection
IPSec Pass-Through
PPTP Pass-Through
Multicast Pass-Throuh

Have you ensured that there is nothing uploading periodically e.g. cloud backups that can have the effect you are seeing sometimes

Yup, thats what it will be, just moved over to a new laptop and larger iCloud account and am transferring all my photos onto the laptop and up to the cloud.
Hopefully that will all be done in the next couple of days so will see what it looks like then.
Thanks for the help

Sorry to butt in, but where is the FAQ for the broadband monitor? I have same problem, but I expect I can fix it if I know what it is trying to do.
