help with my bqm please

[link to this post]

hi can anyone help me with bqm readings
i am having problems with my virgin media when online gaming getting desynke and lag

i have super hub 3 and 200 meg down 12 up only just started happening last month or so

any help would be greatly appreciated

i am getting good speed readings every time i do them so i was wondering if it might be something else like latency/ jitter/packet loss i am just trying to see if i have a problem because something is wrong

i was wondering is the big block of yellow spikes anything to worry about or is that normal

Worse than is normal for a cable connection

SuperHub 3 does have a latency bug due to the Intel Puma chipset so pester for a super hub 2 which apparently does not have the issue

High yellow is bad, showing wide variations in latency which kills gaming experience

It probably will but you cannot buy cable modems, i.e. needs virgin to supply it

Memory suggests the SuperHub 2 model was the better one
