BQM - Virgin Media (Router Keeps Dropping Out)

Hi - I am new to this forum and indeed the BB subject as a whole. My problem is that my VM Broadband is dropping every day x 2 or 3 times. Restarting the Hub usually fixes it. I started to look deeper and set up a BQM 3 or 4 days ago. The link is shown below. Question is its all Red? Not a Graph axis line etc just a Block of Red. Can someone please give me a pointer or two to explain.

The router is not responding to the ping requests

Yes. Thanks so much I have managed to sort that particular problem out now that you have pointed me. Better news. The BQM since then looks OK. and No drop outs "Yet".
