forgot password and email to access BQM

Hi I forgotten my password and email to log into my TBB BQM. There is only an option to reset password through email but I cannot access the email. The BQM is still tied to my ip address to prove it is mine. Can i please get assistance to reset my password?

I used a temporary email to sign up is there a way I can reset my password/change my email? I know the username and have a link to my BQM but can't log in. It is still connected to my ip address right now.

For security you need access to the old email
