Mac code was provided at point of order.
We were given Monday for delivery of router, Wednesday for installation.
Our HomeHub was delivered on Tuesday and our broadband has not yet been installed.
I spent an hour on the phone this evening to a lovely lady at BT who was as confused as I was about what is going on. She was being asked how long I'd been with Be by the engineer helpdesk, if I provided a Mac and other such questions. She isn't sure what is happening and has filed a complaint. I was nervous going to BT and now I'm even more worried!
