Is this a sign of things to come?

[link to this post]

I placed an order last Wednesday for Bt Infinity. I'm migrating from Be so duly informed Be and requested my Mac.
Mac code was provided at point of order.
We were given Monday for delivery of router, Wednesday for installation.
Our HomeHub was delivered on Tuesday and our broadband has not yet been installed.
I spent an hour on the phone this evening to a lovely lady at BT who was as confused as I was about what is going on. She was being asked how long I'd been with Be by the engineer helpdesk, if I provided a Mac and other such questions. She isn't sure what is happening and has filed a complaint. I was nervous going to BT and now I'm even more worried!

BE* Unlimited ADSL 2048/512, Airport Extreme and BEBox.

I am intending to go to BT Infinity when my cab is live, I am also with Be. This is indeed worrying that BT cannot even get a simple migration correct. BT appear to be ok as long as nothing goes wrong but mostly their c/s leaves much to be desired.

BT -> Zen -> F2S -> Bulldog -> Be*

I moved across to BT broadband about 6 weeks ago from Be having been with Be for 3 years.

On the day of activation my router failed to be delivered. I called BT they sent another router. It was a Home Hub 2 should have been a Home Hub 3. Recalled BT. Agent told me to use the HH2 until the HH3 arrived, then return the HH2.

Service from BT as actually been above and better than my expectations.

Be managed to mess up by taking £170 from my account for termination of contract. I called them and fair play they sorted the issue out quickly and said sorry. I owed them 14 days rental.

I was very concerned about switching to BT but they have resolved 2 issue very quickly and have been very helpful when contacted.
