Frustrating slow or not loading web pages

Having problems recently and it could be due to the 3 dB profile causing an unreliable connection that refuses to disconnect and neither does it want to increase back to 6 dB! frown

Stats:
ADSL line status
Connection information
Line state Connected
Connection time 5 days, 14:29:55
Downstream 12,421 Kbps
Upstream 888 Kbps

ADSL settings
VPI/VCI 0/38
Type PPPoA
Modulation ITU-T G.992.5
Latency type Interleaved
Noise margin (Down/Up) 2.9 dB / 8.4 dB
Line attenuation (Down/Up) 33.5 dB / 16.8 dB
Output power (Down/Up) 0.0 dBm / 12.7 dBm
Loss of Framing (Local) 11
Loss of Signal (Local) 1
Loss of Power (Local) 0
FEC Errors (Down/Up) 108569986 / 0
CRC Errors (Down/Up) 1391 / 2147480000
HEC Errors (Down/Up) nil / 0
Error Seconds (Local) 23027

That looks like a ton of errors to me but I'm not sure what the range of acceptable is.

The frustrating issue is that many web pages start to load very slowly and sometimes complete otherwise a refresh is required to get it to complete.

Even this forum took a couple of refreshes before it loaded completely.

It's like having an unreliable 56k modem connection again lol.

Anyone else having the same problem?
