Panic over, but thanks for all the useful advice and numbers. Something was throwing a wobbly as you say, as I tried on three computers and none would let me log in. But later, all's back to normal again. Whew!!!! Can I export my contacts to another program, as that would be a very good backup plan in case of major disasters in the future?
