Would it be to many wireless signals on the same channels or the ones left and right to it. I keep my router on a channel only 1 other uses. People might turn on their router when want to use it at night and then also in the day sometimes and so causes you grief. Just a thought.

do you have this on the computer.

Daniel was saying get this software so you can see what channels are being used by who all around you. elps you then make a more informed choice when changing wireless channels!

How do you know?

Some wireless networks hide from the usual PC wifi finder utilities, or they may be there, but with a low level signal so are not listed, but just enough to cause problems.
