BT link has become unrelialbe - any ideas?

[link to this post]

I've had BT Broadband for ages, and it has been absolutley fine. In the last 2-3 months, the link has been dropping. It never drops! I've chnaged the hub from the white home hub 1 to the black home hub 2 and I'm still experiencing the problems. BT's call centre said they had passed my problem to another dept but still got problems. The hub event log shows (backwards)

Any suggestions as to what I need to tell BT to check?

Thanks in advance

Don't know the answer - but if you are able, edit the message to remove your phone number. If you are too late email team@ with a request for them to do so.

Hi,

SNR margin on the upstream (2.9db) seems low.

BT should be able to set it higher.
