Possible Infinity switch but whats the ping like?

[link to this post]

I am using Freedom2Surf via TalkTalk

My typical ping to game servers (24/7) and using Speedest.net test is 9-15ms so ideal for a bit of FPS gaming.
I'd really like some decent upload speed to support running a higher populated game server and uploading my photos so Infinity would seem like the way to go.

But not at a cost of high ping (EDITED!)

Could any existing Infinity users post some Ping results - cheers smile

Gamers assume that everyone has latency figures always to hand, as they see them during games.

Ping is <40 to UK servers. I'm in N.Ireland so it's generally a bit higher than you might expect from people on the mainland.

Basically the ping will be just the same as what you'd expect from any decent broadband connection.

Edit: Just did 50 pings to a dedicated server I help rent based in Blue Square in Maidenhead. You can ping 81.19.219.81 yourself for a comparison.

Ping statistics for 81.19.219.81:
Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 50, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 32ms, Average = 30ms
