Can't get my email

Is anyone having trouble logging into BT this morning? I'm getting the 'invalid details' message.

Dell Studio 15 with Win7 64bit and 4GB RAM
IE9 and Live Mail
BT Infinity via HH3

I too am getting that message when trying to access via my BT Business Account, but not when accessing via BT Web Mail.

Can get into my BT account to look at what calls have been sent and bills, internet usage and all that.
Then thought not what you are after!.

Goggle bt yahoo and then found that and logged into it with the email and password.

Bought up the web mail ok, never use but know it is there as check on the microsoft outlook program.

Did test email to the googlemail email and it arived on outlook straight away.

So ok for me just now on any bt log in stuff I have.

Is the email program playing up. Worth quickly putting password in again on the settings, just guessing and no doubt wrong.

Me not very helpfull then if you have buisness accounts,

My web mail works like you found.

Me, I'm not posh!

The only reason I have a BT Business Account was that it used to be paid by my Employer before I retired. BT let me keep it 'live' so I could continue to us my former xxx@btconnect.com e-mail addresses.

Just checked the BT site https://myoffice.bt.com/ again.

Log-in now appears to be working for me whereas it wasn't earlier.

Guess BT have a problem for those accounts, looks like my normal home one is ok.

There have been no problems getting my e-mails vis MS Outlook at anytime today (or any other day). It was just the BT Mail site that was rejecting my Log-In.

How? By Webmail or a Mail client?

Still locked out. Does anyone have a link to the Service Status page? I can't get in via the webmail logon - same all day. Thanks for any help offered. I'm at work so can't try Livemail.
