After a two day outage ... I am back. The first major problem that I have had ... and it seems as though a router/switch elsewhere was the problem. Normally it is Next Business Day or 48 hour target to fix!
Have never come across any throttling and always get excellent throughput. Tech support is UK based and if there is a real problem that first line cannot solve then escalation is standard.
I often run full speed downloads in large bursts over an afternoon or have a continuous trickle feed for over 120 hours without issue.
