Outage

[link to this post]

It looks from my POV here that there's a nationwide outage on BT Broadband circuits (we have testing on business and static IP only)

Anyone else seeing this?

of the ten or so BQM I looked at 2 or 3 show loss of connectivity in the last 20 minutes.

So not total network, probably just another WBC node fell over.

Interesting as I've got customers in Margate, Multiple customers in London and Birmingham so far all calling in with issues which are because their Internet connection has dropped!

Try: http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/service_status_co...

Same at a client near Bedford. This client has two ADSL lines into the same building from the same exchange - one is IDNET and the other is BT Business Broadband.

Only the BT one is down (which happens also to be used my their mail server).

IDNet

BT Business

Edit @ 13.37 - it's back up now.

Yes,

Went down at 12:49 - but now back up at 13:30. Apparently 1.5 million were affected across various ISP and included Business static and dynamic IP as well as Residential.

I am seeing some really odd routing at present so, it probably took the 30 minutes to get the temporary changes sorted.
