Can't log on via website

I can't get into my BT mail this morning via the logon screen. I get the 'invalid username or password' message but I know it's correct. Anyone else seeing this?

Dell Studio1558 with Win7 Home Premium 64bit 8GB RAM
IE9 and Live Mail
BT Infinity via HH3

The chat lady in India said that my password was 'invalid' and she has re-set it. Why it suddenly became invalid, who knows, as I've been using it for months. I can recommend the chatline on the help section of BT's website; very quick and efficient! Of course, if your broadband has gone down it's not available.

Working here now, but was down earlier this morning.

From September 2001 on BTopenworld Home 500/Home 1000/Home 2000. Then ADSLMax on <n>ildram. Moved to ADSL2+ from ADSL24. I'm now with plusnet. I'm not saying who I work for. Any opinions expressed here are my own.
