The Home Hub and the Draytek are both routers.

Do you actually mean you want to connect the draytek to the white Openreach modem?

Is your PC in the same subnet?

Are you aware it can replace both the modem and the homehub?

So what address does the PC get from the Draytek?

First step is to use Ethernet cable between PC and a LAN port on the router, and ensure the PC is set to get its IP address automatically.

Don't have any wireless connections running, or cables connecting the draytek or PC to any other devices.
