Of course all BT consumer FTTC aka infinity have a dynamic IP as they don't do static ip's But BT Business do, for £5.00 exrta per month +vat

Yes, they all do, but you can the same thing from PN with a static IP, if that's what you are after, for a one-off payment, £5 I think.

I wonder if that "always" in the last line really means that? It means they can be blocked at some unspecified times.

Maybe it is supposed to be "ever".
