For the last few days BTYahoo mail has failed to work on my Mac (Mail version 6.5 on Mac OSX 10.8.4). Before that everything was fine. I can still access my mail through Web Mail.
A note on the BT Service Status pages says, "If you are having problems sending or receiving email, you must change your password at www.bt.com/changepassword."
This has absolutely not effect at all.
My wife who also uses a Mac and has a couple of sub-accounts off our main account is not affected!
Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this or have we just got to wait for the problem to resolve as BT transition mail to the new provider?
As usual the techies in India have not got a clue and just babble on about Windows settings despite repeatedly being told its not a Windows machine.
