I called them and they had the wrong address for the delivery (my Mothers was where it should be going as she is available to receive it) and hadn't sent it anywhere! They said that it'd still be activated somewhere up to midnight. The router would now arrive at my Mums today 27th.
Needless to say it wasn't activated. Now I call them and the order is "stuck". They can't say why and a new order is necessary and a visit from an engineer is necessary and that's not available for 3 weeks anyway! I'm staying with Sky and BT can just ...................... Not an apology or explanation nothing!
