Speed issues

For the past day or so I have been having slow connection eg web pages taking a while to load etc.

BT speedtester:
6.27mbps down
0.34 mbps up

However the speed tester reports a much different story here:

Router status:

7680 kps down
448 kps up

Any ideas what wrongs?

Our test is on the Internet proper, the BT Wholesale one can bypass some of this and thus not show the full effects of contention/congestion on maybe some Internet facing BT links

indeed, when i ordered my HH5 when they came out for some bizarre reason i ended up on infinity 2 with an infinity 1 profile.

Every single speedtest on the planet showed my speeds at 40/10 where as the BT Wholesale one was happily bezzing along at 80/20 so BT wouldn't believe a word i was saying. When an engineer finally came out he said all the other speedtests were wrong lol
