Connection half of that indicated at time of order

Hi,

I've just had Infinity2 installed. The speed the line checkers gave me at the time of ordering was 80mbps I'm approx. 80m from the cabinet. It went live this morning and I'm seeing a connection of 36.25mbps.

I'm wondering if it takes a while for the speed to ramp up (line checks etc..). If not I may as well of bought Infinity1.

Should I wait or call BT to get moved to the lower package.

Does your phone work?

Do you have a Homehub 5?
If so can you post the line stats found in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk, lines 1-13, please?

Those stats are all over the place.

I suggest you try a factory reset of the hub http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11386...

That's great. Please could we see the new stats though?
