HH5A and disconnection?

[link to this post]

12:19:47, 25 Jul. (1211028.240000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]
12:19:45, 25 Jul. (1211026.310000) The system is going DOWN for reboot.
12:19:45, 25 Jul. (1211026.310000) OpenRG is going for reboot by IPC command

User request? nobody requested a reboot or a disconnect... is this the rebooting bug?

That sounds like the two week reboot that BT do.

Same with the HH4A:
11:12:42, 15 Jul. (1218010.920000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]
11:12:40, 15 Jul. (1218009.050000) The system is going DOWN for reboot.
11:12:40, 15 Jul. (1218009.050000) OpenRG is going for reboot by IPC command
11:12:35, 15 Jul. (1218004.050000) OpenRG will go down for reboot in 5 seconds
This is normal, well ours has done that every two weeks since we have had the HH4A, it can be very annoying especially when your online playing a MMO.

In fairness I only use the Infinity 2 at the weekends, first time getting d/c and noticing it.

Yeah, we have only noticed it if we are using the connection at the time it reboots, otherwise we wouldn't of known.

Well we are using the following firmware on our HH4A:
BT Home Hub 4 (Type A) | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.130.1.26 | Last updated 24/01/15
Its a shame it doesn't check to see if there is anyone using the connection before it decides to do a full reboot.

I got this trial firmware, which I would have hoped sorted the issue. Sigh

Mines driving me a little crazy with the seemingly random disconnects.
How did you get the trial firmware by the way?
