2nd bmq is 'normal' for my line.

1st one is today's. Watched Netflix around midnight last night after that nothing was used until around 8am. This evening we cannot load anything from Netflix or Amazon. Anybody offer an explanation please?

Probably worth giving the Home Hub a restart

What does a speed test show http://labs.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest in your case while the numbers are important the graphs may be more informative, so paste the share link at the end of the test

Speed test is usually in the high 30's down and 7.5 up.

I am using a Netgear D7800 seems to have resynced itself.

Does the D7800 give you line stats and error counts?

Speediest does not look as smooth as you would normally expect.
