Contract Ending - Need New Deal.

Infinity 2 ending soon, Speeds 40/7 At present costing £25.06 + £8.50 for anytime calls.

Is there a way to get a new good deal.

Have rung twice and they offered Infinity 1, 2 year contract, at £28.50. £20 + £8.50

£20/m for Infinity 1 is mid way between big offer and standard £26 per month

The way to generally get price down further is chase the deals every 12 to 18 months with the various providers, but watch out for activation and delivery charges that can eat into savings.

Most offers are available online. Login to MyBT

https://www.bt.com/mybt

At the top you should see my offers or a "recommended for you section"

If you follow it through, and hit the "login to see my offers" button you will get a personalized deal.

The prices you quote are they with line rental?

I suggest a haggle via the renewals phone no may produce a much better result. I'm currently on £10 month for unlimited infinity 1 on 18 month contract (plus line rental etc)

Yeah I got a much better deal on the phone vs online.

BT ADSL customer getting 3.8 Mbps (0.7 Mbps up) on a new road / new build development
(It was around 1.6 to 1.9 Mbps when I moved in)
CAB not FTTC enabled, not part of the 66% commercial plan. Not a BDUK area. Hoping the council will let VM in-fill.
