Reboots or crashes
That is rare, but saying that mine has only crashed, well more locked up the once, but it has always suffered with sluggishness form day one, so its not up to par to handle my connection.
TBH The Smart Hub is better than a lot of Modems / Routers, but its trash.
I have had endless issues with the device and have even reported these to BTCare via Twitter. and BT via Emails and over the phone, all have told me they will pass this onto the relevant team and that it will be fixed in the next firmware rollout.
Now 2 to 3 firmware updates later none of these issues have been resolved, so I will keep the Smart Hub for when I have issues on my line and BT need to do some tests.
