Just a "Thanks" for that link. The BT Wholesale checker for here has also gone December 2010 >> March 2010 >> December 2010 >> no mention.

BT Infinity checker says "not currently due to be rolled out in your area".

I got "not planend" directly from the BT 'Tags on the Line' system.

The link you posted is for FTTx rollout not for WBC (ADS2+)

I found my message amusing as well, which is why it wasn't put more gently. The impact would be lost.

Your deffo not getting adsl2 anytime soon. But I can tell you that you are getting FTTC in Portreath at some point very soon.

BT LINK
There don't seem to be many listing on the planning site, but the base for my cabinet was put in last wednesday. I think it will be active around March ish time.

If you do a post code check on the school it gives

Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed between 6.3 to 28.6 Mbps and upstream line speed between 1.4 to 6.6 Mbps.
