Yes, and even more if there is LLU or 21cn presence in your exchange.

You should get 832 Kbps upstream.

Line One:- Zen - DrayTek Vigor 2600VG
Line Two:- EntaNet (Aquiss) - DrayTek Vigor 2600

BT Business have done it - I have seen several with the faster uploads but cannot find it on the website and sales say "don't know". Trying to get it for a remote village location in Scotland - they get a full 8 Mb download with around 15dB SNR (on a bad day).

Been there, got the T-Shirt when I wanted higher upload speeds aswell when adsl max was the only option at my phone exchange. BT Retail didn't do it, and BT Business also didnt offer max premium as it competed with there SDSL Product which wasn't available in my area anyway.

In the end I opted to go for an Entanet reseller using their office 15 product which was good for me as I'm at work all day when the 15gb limit was in force, and after 8pm and weekends it was unlimited useage.

99.9% It has been installed for 3 or 4 years if not longer. They have BTConnect email addresses and support was on the BT number routed to Scotland!

Can you find anything on their website? Or a link?

I want to upgrade my Scottish location with higher upstream but cannot find anything!

It's great being on the end of a 40Mb download but knowing I can only pull data at 400kb because of the link there ...

I just rang their BT Business line and stated what I want till I finally got through to someone who said yes.
Cant remember what it's called just keep saying you want to be put on ADSL Max premium service(they have a different name for it) with the 832k upload

BT do seem to make this info hard to find.

FYI Here's an old 'BT upload speed' thread I remember well: http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/general/3613285-can...

As I mentioned last time round - things are pretty hidden!?

I can't seem to link directly to the page where they've tucked it away!
It's in a "Why choose BT business broadband?" section:

"Count on a rapid, dependable internet connection, with up to 20Mb download and up to 1Mb upload speed."

Using a search on 'upload' gets you there then follow result number 10 ! smile

Been though that page and because it mentions 20Mb down, I get the answer that faster uploads only available on a 20Mb download line!

The website designer and proof readers probably have no idea that outside of the WBC 21CN areas that 832 as a max premium is an option

But what will Zen do if my residential line is down? Wait for BT ...

With BT Business Broadband, I get a 4 hour fix time on my physical line (Res) too. Extra cost for the enhanced care on the broadband which indirectly covers residential too, from BT ... nil.

Ok,

Here is what ive got now

It was called Network Max and im told by the team they deal with that, that they dont sell it anymore!

And if i want a faster upload id need to be on ADSL2

Sooo i may have found someone who knows what im after but it seems they dont sell the faster 832k upload on ADSL Max connections anymore

Sounds a bit odd to me

Ask them if they do the Total Care/Enhanced care option on their voice products?
