Define does not work?

If moving to Sky, which is full LLU, i.e. phone and broadband are unbundled, then no need for Sky to actually use a MAC.

Which exact sky product are you ordering?

I would suggest phoning them, as if its a full LLU service then no need for it. The website may ask for it, as this helps to identify the line and avoid mistakes with them migrating the wrong line.

I have Sky and I provided a MAC code but it didn't get used but I wanted to provide it just in case it held up the migration process.

Okay phone them up and explain it.

Beyond filling in a web form to start ordering they won't use the MAC.
