However, after the best effort test, it says "Sending results to the server", takes a moment, and then says that there is an error - "The Performance Tester is currently unable to run a speed test for your broadband connection. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider." I have similar results using the Further Diagnostics on the beta BT Wholesale Speed Tester. I have tried using different internet browsers and different computers on the network - same result.
Also I found out today about the BRAS info checker on the BE Usergroup site, this also comes up with an error:

This is a 20CN line.
Looks like BT refused to test, possibly because a speed test or BRAS check has been run recently which prevents this tool from working. Try again in a few hours.
Debug: BT Transient Failure, resubmit the test"
