Cannot put ADSL order in as line not recognised!

[link to this post]

A BT support person said it was as there was DACS on the line.
That does not explain why the line is not down as being live according to the AAISP man.

How can I get to speak to someone to a) list the line as live and b) take DACS off?

If a dacs were present bt wholesale checker would normally say.

If this is a newly activated line it can take a few days for database to reflect reality

It is not a new line as it was activated a few weeks ago. BT are certain it is not showing up due to having DACS on it but have agreed to remove the DACS and i should be able to submit an order after that. We'll see.

It could be records aren't showing correct.

In BT it is called a 6611, and they need to send it off to a special team.
