It looks like there's no line there at the moment, so a new one will be needed.
Checking the address in the BT Wholesale checker gives:
Your address has been successfully matched; however we cannot determine ADSL availability at this address. Please try the Telephone Number or Postcode Checker.
Trying the order process with the ISP (Plusnet) doesn't show the address. I can enter an address manually, but I wondered what state the address is in the database, and how difficult it will be to order a line.
